Need to Change or Cancel an Appointment?
With our new online booking system, you can manage your appointments and cancel a session, provided you give 24 hours’ notice. You also have access to all your invoices. If you’re not using the system already, ask your counsellor to invite you to the Halaxy portal next time you meet. You’ll be surprised at how easy and convenient it is to use.
Have you Considered Online Counselling?
Do you find it difficult to attend conventional face-to-face appointments? Have you considered online counselling? Sometimes known as telehealth or e-counselling, online is a relatively new but fast-developing platform for providing counselling services. Furthermore, research suggests that for many people online counselling is equally as effective as face-to-face therapy.
Online counselling provides you with high quality counselling support in your own home, or wherever is convenient for you. It offers the same level of support and confidentiality as in-person sessions. Online counselling is an alternative for people who find it challenging to attend a traditional appointment for personal or professional reasons.
How does online counselling work?
Shortly before your appointment time, click the meeting link we send you, and it will open in any web browser, or via the zoom app on your smart phone or tablet. Then use the unique password we provide to connect to your counsellor.

How about booking in for one or two online sessions on Mindfulness? You could even have a go at booking online!
